It was a lot of fly on the buffet area, rooms not clean enough. Some meals not fresh, and the team is not nice enough

Everything was amazing from the service to activities, dining the staff so accommodating, warm, friendly, and welcoming!

My family and i enjoyed our first visit to Hard Rock. We are coming back :))

I really like the hotel and the food, what I didnt like is the AC at the rooms, we got changed 3 times and none of the AC worked at nights, we have to sleep uncovered the whole time. Our concierge was excellent and the staff were amazing too.

Majestic Elegance exceeded my expectations! The beach and pools are gorgeous, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and my room was spacious and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food and drinks were plentiful with lots of variety, and the entertainment kept things fun without being overwhelming. Overall, a wonderful all-inclusive experience — I’d happily come back and highly recommend it!

The food was horrible, I could hardly eat anything… besides that customer service was great.. big up Anthony from bus boy at the front he was the sweetest.
