Hotel was very nice and good location but view was not great and not portrayed in pictures. Breakfast was in a different hotel which was a surprise as I had not read anything about this and breakfast was not fantastic and cooked food on display was cold as well as the coffee

Nice hotel. However, the ongoing construction was quite disruptive.

Room was very clean and comfortable, however the suite we booked said it had a terrace, assuming it had a sitting area. It was nothing more than a sliding door with a railing. The staff was fairly friendly. The breakfast was pretty terrible, so much that we never went back after the first day. Great location, lots of amazing coffee shops and rooftop bars near by.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean, if not dated. Good AC and breakfast.

We've stayed here with our 5 year old daughter and received fantastic service from a super friendly staff! The hotel is located really close to our now favourite spots in Hanoi, it's very easy to get a Grab to get you anywhere in the Old Quarter.

we had a lovely time, the front desk and door staff plus room cleaning people are kind and very happy to help. If we were picky the bar staff downstairs were a little inattentive so rather than waiting at the table to catch their eye we had to go to them. The pool upstairs is cold in February - but it will be lovely in summer. Great place for an evening drink
