Dominican Republic Kid friendly Holidays

The breakfast menu was fresh and offered a variety of choices. Food was great and they had choices. The hotel and beach was clean and felt welcoming. The staff was helpful and tried to assist when we asked for help. The bartenders were great 👍 as well. The only thing i should mention is the closet draw in the room was dusty and was not cleaned properly which was a bit annoying. But overall the stay was great and it was an excellent experience. We will come back again.

The staff was pleasant and courteus. The rooms were dated and the sliding doors were not functional. The resort was well manicured especially compared to areas nearby. The beach was man made and not great. The pool was attractive, food and drinks were nice but closer to NY prices, and the golf carts were ok but necessary. Resort could have been anywhere in the world - kind of a basic Marriott look.

This was a gorgeous property and the staff were very friendly.

Great resort it’s very big and spread out however, but very nice food was good. People were nice.

Bahia Principe Luxury Amber The room was very clean and super comfortable We had a corner suite near the lobby and it was also much larger than we expected AC was challenging but because of the first floor and the ceiling fan we were comfortable The room cleaning staff Tonya especially was excellent and did a great job Almost all the staff were friendly and accommodating shout out to the gal at the lobby restaurant, forgot her name but had orange frizzy hair and of course the towel guy, older gent was super friendly All the restaurants were excellent and I recommend trying them all The only thing to take note was making reservations ahead of time… often the online reservations said they were all full but when we arrived at our allotted time every restaurant was half empty. Be prepared for them upselling beverages… The wine and champagne included weren’t very good The pools and the beach were outstanding and the entertainment staff were a lot of fun and kept everyone entertained day and night It would have been much more helpful if there were more used beach/towel drops spread out. There was only one central towel stand and a lot of people just left towels on there chairs especially on the beach without returning them Overall we loved it and would come back again

The room was okay, I wish I had the option for my swim up to be pool side and not on an alley between resorts. Housekeeping was not good and they didn't even give our room any attention for at least one day of our stay. Our butler, Elvis, was very attentive and made a point to find us each day and answered all our questions.
