“The property was beautiful and the service was nice. However, the AC was not working for most of our stay, which made the experience uncomfortable. For the price we paid, this should never have been an issue air conditioning is a basic expectation at this rate, and unfortunately it made the stay not worth the cost.”

I don’t think I can put into words how amazing, incredible One & Only palmillas was. From the Acienda feel, to the amenities, the food, the atmosphere and most importantly the staff. Isaac and Hector where our butlers. I can’t express enough how incredible they were. Everyone made us feel welcome and at home. One & Only palmillas has a life long customer with my wife and I. I can not wait to go back. The only moment we were both sad was when we had to leave. Los queremos mucho!

While this hotel
Is completely beautiful staff is super friendly. The food is delicious like literally I miss the food , the drinks were also amazing. Myself and travel partner found ourselves pretty bored . It is a very peaceful quiet hotel . If you are looking for a party turn up vibe . This is not the place . The room was also lacking it felt out of date compared to the hotel lobby and pools Etc. overall I personally would not stay again due to the outdated rooms and lack of fun .
