La Altagracia Honeymoon Holidays

The room was amazing. Resort was huge and amazing. They have a plethora of fun activities for adults, children and families. The staff were great. And the different restaurants were great.

Check-in/out is incredibly too long. Waited atleast an hour to be checked in. Rooms were smelly and bed linen were overwhelming stank. Had to contact guest services for clean bed linen and the new linen still had an odor. Roaches were throughout the room all day and night.

Resort was amazing definitely coming back

La persona que nos atendiendo en el cuarto fue excelente, se llama Santa, la mejor. nos mantenia el cuarto limpio y preguntando si necesitabamos algo.

Clean and good ac in room. Swim bar bartender was quite rude and was not a language barrier. I speak Spanish and English fluently. Maybe he was over whelm. He should know you work in customer services. Take a break gather your self and then come back. Also tons of seaweed. Wish expedia would have put it on the site. It was not swim able. We had to stay in the pool the whole time. Sucks bc you travel many hours only to not be able to enjoy the beach. The night shows were good and food.

They swim up bar was clean, convenient, staff was great..
