Tuvimos varios inconvenientes con el servicio en general. Se nos inundó la habitación 2 noches y llamamos para que nos ayudaran y nos cortaron el teléfono 3 veces muy agresivamente.
Vinieron a limpiar la habitación muy temprano cuando habíamos pedido por favor que no lo hicieran porque estábamos cansados y cuando le dije a la de limpieza que volviera más tarde me respondió “Nose voy a ver”.
Queríamos extender noches en un principio y pedimos ayuda a varias personas y nadie nos ayudó en nada.
Por último nos llamaron el último día a una charla para “regalarnos algo” y nos tuvieron 4 horas sin dejarnos ir para vendernos un paquete que realmente no queríamos.
Lo único que destacó fue el servicio del mayordomo Randy un genio y muy servicial todo el momento.
