Tired after days of travel, the staff kindly offered restaurant suggestions and overall they were very friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Loved having a water kettle to make a cup of hot tea in our room. Location to the Port to get on our cruise ship the next day was terrific. Probably a 10-minute walk down hill to get there.

Great hotel, incredible rooftop pool and bar for adults. Room was clean. However, the included buffet really needs some attention from upper management - for a very high end hotel it felt more like I was in Cuba - one night we could not eat anything. Also, one must pay incredible attention to the room selection (which I always do since I travel so so so much): I had texted, messaged, etc, to 100% make sure I got the room “class” of view I wanted. Nope, I did not get the view upon arrival - and the room name “Royal Sky Room” is not listed on Expedia nor their own website - so how does one confirm. Even at check-in I questioned which way the room faced, and asked for a change, “Sorry Sir, we are fully booked”…not true…because once you stay 4 nights at almost $1,000CAN a night, one can easily see how empty the hotel is; few people at the pools, lobby, balconies, etc. I would not stay here again.

Perfect location to access bus lines and restaurants, all within walking distance. Access to the Adriatic was right in front of the hotel. The hotel pool has ample lounge chairs seating which included towels and access to the bar. The daily breakfast got us started every morning so we could start our in a timely manner. One note of caution, access to the shower/bathtub in our room could be challenging for people with limited hip mobility or unsteady gait due to the height of the tub. Aside from that, could not ask for anything else.
