Pillar, at the front desk was wonderful, and welcoming.
Sadly, the room had a ton of garbage in the room that hadn’t been cleaned and the countertops were sticky. The bedside cabinets were dirty and floor dusty. Despite this, I would probably stay here again because it was super close to everything.

The staff was nice and the service was good they brought us extra toiletries and towels without us asking because they saw how many of us were there, just the condition of the property itself does not warrant it a 4 star hotel. We found ants in our room, the ice machine was not working on our floor it was only working on 2 floors in the entire building, the elevator on one side was stuck didn't bother trying to use it for the time that we were there. The lobby looks like 4 stars but the room could've been more improved.

My room was good overall, but it had some issues with the room which were not what I expected for what I paid for the room. I brought it up to the front desk upon checkout and they said they would speak with the manager.
