Room was clean, and although it didn’t have a modern update, it didn’t look outdated either. The hotel offers free parking and it’s close to other major resorts like Palazzio, Venetian and Caesar’s Palace, and it’s right next to the Fashion Show Mall. It also has a CVS on the first floor that sells water, snacks and alcohol at a fraction of the cost of the other convenience stores located in the hotel. Just beware of the offer to upgrade room during check in at the kiosk. I got two queen beds room and was offered an upgrade for a king size bed room. I decided to upgrade bit was still given a 2 queen bed room. I was still charged the upgrade fee because in their view, I was still upgraded to a room with a better view. GTFO. I had to wait in line during check out to get a refund and they almost didn’t do it. Overall, I’d stay there again but I won’t take any of their offers to upgrade.

The rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable. The condition was excellent, and the added technology on lighting and outlets was appreciated. Very good room.

There could be more seating. Many people were unable to find a place to sit or store their belongings. With thousands staying there, it would be nice if they could accommodate that part of the hotel.

We stayed room was clean , food was beyond expectations at Lago downstairs from the rooms!

All was great, but needed to request more than 2 face towels daily.
