Relative low density of the neighborhood.

Great location and clean rooms.

Quite good. It offers me upgrade when there are better rooms for the nights.

We booked a quad family room and once we entered we immediately noticed it was very unclean. There was hair and dust left on the toilet, and many stains on the walls and door of the bathroom. There was dust all over the lights as if it hadn't been wiped down for a long time. We like to wipe down the high touch surfaces when we settle into our room and there was a lot more dirt than we're used to seeing. There was a lot of debris on the floor. We called housekeeping to re-vacuum the floor. There seems to be something wrong with their vacuums because the floor was still not clean afterwards. Finally there was an awful smell emanating from the carpet. We complained about this and the staff graciously offered us an upgrade to a suite. Upon inspecting the suite the smell was much better but there was still a lot of crumbs and leftover things on the carpet. The overall condition of the suite was much better so we accepted the upgrade, however the condition is still surprising given the status as a suite.

Hotel is amazing and had a great view of the harbour. Good location to the MTR. Staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. I will recommend this hotel and stay myself next time in Hong Kong again.

The staff were excellent, the location is fantastic and convenient and the beds were comfortable.
