Just the staff was nice and food was ok

Great facilities. Transfer bus can be a lottery at certain times of the day due to numbers using it. Sunday night at 12am on the ground floor staff from restaurant / hotel making excessive noisy, pushing trolleys over rutted tiled floor, this then started at 4am with what I assume was laundry / food trolleys.

Easy stopover hotel, one stop from airport .

The hotel was very good once we had got over the issue of not initially having enough beds, towels or other things for the 3 people on the booking. We were told this was because we had not filled in the correct forms on the website and they wanted to charge us extra but this charge was then waived. Although a little out of the centre of KL, there is a station 3 minutes walk away to get around and the underground system is extremely clean and efficient. Overall, an excellent base for a city break.
