I truly enjoyed this hotel. I will be back next time

The property location is the best, next to the beach, have two restaurants, is in the front of International Marketplace and the front street pass the buses! About clean needed more with details, specially shower head, between tiles and the sink. The staff are very friendly and helpful! After check out (11 am), they hold our suitcases until 6 pm, that was great because our flight was at 10:20 pm. If we will visit Honolulu again we will stay in this hotel! Mahalo! 🌺

The breakfast vouchers that were included with my stay included a full breakfast every morning at the Monkeypod restaurant, which was a nice perk. The pool was very crowded with lots of kids and the elevators were often full and had to wait sometimes for one that was not already packed.

The property was clean and quiet. It was located close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We enjoyed our stay here.

This was a very convenient location in Waikiki. The hotel itself was in good shape with friendly staff and nice amenities (pool, hot tub, fitness center, beach towels). There was good food all around the hotel area, and the beach was only a block away. Lots of bus lines run right past the hotel — including the airport bus, so getting around town was easy.

The only hotel I keep going back to!

We received excellent service from the moment we arrived until our departure. The valet staff, front desk, concierge, housekeepers, restaurant staff, and beach activity coordinators, including the surf coach, all contributed to our wonderful experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, yet we still felt a sense of privacy and tranquility. We will definitely return!
