"Second time stay at the family bach, first time in summer and now in winter. Never disappoint! Despite having no tap water on the first night due to record breaking temperature that froze the taps! Staff was very transparent about the whole situation and offered us water to get through the night. "Oh my goodness! This was the most amazing little place. The floors were heated. The room was very modern. It had a Nespresso machine. The kitchen was super well stocked. The bathroom had everything you would want and the products smelled amazing! I wish we weee staying in that hotel our entire visit to NZ! Loved it. Sadly we simply stopped there for a night from Lake Tekapo toward Wanaka after hiking around Mount Cook. Fabulous stay. Thank you."
"We stayed 2 nights. Great location to Mount Cook area (30 minute drive) the Lodge was clean, comfortable and include a wonderful dinner and a full breakfast. The staff was warm and welcoming. "
