Room were dated but clean. Food was hit or miss but the stuff that was good was great. Loved the sports bar and Mexican restaurant, pool side service was always good. The needing your card for every time you ordered including all inclusive was annoying but manageable. Whats the point of a wrist band? We had the 2 bedroom and it was great. Small enough resort the kids were confident in navigating.

The very large pool was enjoyable, there was an adult only section.
where the pool bar and swim up was constantly busy from opening to closing. Occasionally there was a pop up food , tasting or craft activity. It was nice

The hotel is way to new and not all amenities are fully active like spa, night club, restaurant, day shows.staff is extremely polite and professional made me and my wife feel like royalty.whish Expedia could’ve advise not too book here due to this matter.
