The whole Rui resort is spotless clean. I think they clean 24 hours/ day!
Food all good and such friendly service. Pool drink servers were always on the go!
Entertainment team also did a wonderful job.

Overall decent stay. The room is massive but a bit dated. The property is huge and requires golf cart shuttle pretty much every. Very quiet, nice place for relaxation. Food was tasty but service was consistently slow. Older crowd there, do not expect very much partying, friend making or nightly shows, games or entertainment.

Rooms were clean. Service was awesome. Food was good although specific spots for certain times. Example breakfast was great at Paloma’s but dinner better at Cilantros. Otherwise lunch anywhere for standard eatery was good. Awesome location walking distance to downtown and Marina. Very clean overall and would stay again.
