North Key Largo All inclusive Holidays

Beware! The parking is not as advertised and cost a fortune. The room was noisy at night making sleep difficult due to noisy air conditioner. The staff at the hotel was quite unfriendly and was quite unhelpful. And most of all getting in touch with Expedia was impossible to achieve, even as I write this review they have not responded to my claims.

I was 100% satisfied! Communication and cleanliness was superb. Staff were professional, extremely responsive and courteous at all times!

Beautiful hotel. Look forward to returning

Absolutely pristine, as someone who stays only at 4-5 stars and up, this establishment lived up to expectations. Check in, customer service, cleanliness, staff, responsiveness. This was absolutely 5 stars.

Upon arrival and check in there was no code provided to unlock doors. Had to call them to send the code. The lock on the door would not light up the first night and we had to stand for 20 minutes before the door started working again. The gentleman in Toronto (host) told us that they will have someone come the next day between 11 and 12 to fix the issue. Nobody showed up. The last night was terrible. Heard a woman screaming of her lungs at 1:30am and at 3:57am and 4:57am someone was banging the heck out of our front door. Went to check through the peep hole and couldn’t see anyone. Tried calling the WhatsApp number provided and no one answered. Tried calling them in the morning at 7am to see if we could sleep in for extra 2 hours since we couldn’t sleep with all the chaos. They said they could only give us an extra hour since someone else was checking in later that day.(understandable) The 2nd bathroom was dirty and the drain had clump of hair.(nasty) Location was great for the places we had planned around the condo. Also, people from 2 floors up kept throwing cigarette butts. The patio was amazing and surprisingly huge.

Very surprised how great this stay was for the price! The front desk guy was friendly! This boutique hotel was the cutest! This stay included lounge chairs, towels, water, ice and they even had an extra beach umbrella for us to use. Me and 10 other friends stayed for 3 nights and no complaints! High recommend staying here, right across the street from south beach and food and drinks everywhere!

The team is amazing, and helpful. My GO to hotel in Miami.
