Food at the buffet was great, the bartender at the wet bar makes the most delicious coco loco.
The least faborite was the Dominican restaurant. The wait staff was rude, they kept forgetting our food and although the restaurant was not packed, the eait times were looooong.
Other than the restaurante, the service, staff, cleaning crew and bartenders were awesome.
Would definitely recommend.

the hotel is very good with food, services and drinks, but they need more activities and entertainment during day and night because all the adult activity was outside the hotel.

Acabamos de regresar a casa después de haber pasado una semana memorable junto a familiares y amigos. Todo perfecto, justo como lo deseábamos. Atención de primera desde que llegamos. Check in fue rápido y fácil. Habitaciones impecables, amplias, con buen gusto decoradas y muy cómodas. Exquisita comida y gran atención en todos los restaurantes. Todo el personal es muy atento pero hago una mención especial a Cecilio y Jersin en el lobby, a Juan en Las Torres y a la mejor mayordomo, nuestra Noris. Gracias por tus atenciones! Esperamos volver para nuestra tercera estadía en TRS Turquesa, donde te tratan como FAMILIA!
