Hispaniola All inclusive Holidays

Room clean hood enough for 3 stars. Staff does not understand english. Swim up bar was good. I would give 4 stars The pools need to maintenance The food litle salty Tennis courts and pickleball courts. Need to play early morning or afternoon after 5pm. Because the sun. Italy, Japanese and steak house restaurants are good. As 3.5 star Buffet i would give 3 stars Overall staff not in a service mode. And most staff does not know English. Not recommend for vacation. If you expect 4.5 stars service. I would go to Cancun, Bahamas, Caracao or Aruba. For little more cost.

NOT 420 Friendly!! The pool temperature was disgustingly hot! I understand it’s July, but the pool water was as hot as the hot tub. The lagoon water had jellyfish. I’m familiar with other resorts and travel months and they have been cooler and refreshing! When you arrive you’re forced to make dinner reservations for your entire trip if you want to go to one of the restaurants. Because of this limitation we gave 4 stars in the hotel lobby kiosk. AND SOME OF THEM THEY HAVE KIDS AT THEM! The very next morning- they woke us up with a call asking how to get that 5th star?? The entertainment was so so. They did a disco night and none of the entertainment team knew how to dance it; however, they had the Dance Fever motion down. Spanish is the language. Very few people speak English.

I liked that they played Latin music and had singers that could sing Latin music. I like the breakfast buffet-good food and a variety. What I would say needs to improve is that you have booked all inclusive but then you have to “fight” to get reservations for dinner times and where you want to go.. we booked our dinners the first night and twice was told-oh we are booked(they were not full at all). We went late-yes it was late(our fault) and although it was still open-it was empty and the woman said there was nothing that could be done. We walked away and luckily a supervisor saw it and got us into a restaurant right next door and discounted a bottle. That was good customer service but I would prefer you go where you want, when you want within a time. The food was ok-the steak was good at the meat house and cooked to medium rare but the other places were well done. Which is not a big deal if you don’t expect greatness.. if you do, you would be disappointed. Wish there were more activities later after 11:00.

Everything was great, we had a great time and didn’t want to leave! We always go back to Bahia principe resorts, they never disappoint!

I have spent two weeks at the resort, and my experience has been mixed some days were great, while others were not as good. Most of the staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. Since this is a large resort, I understand that it is difficult to expect perfection from everyone. However, I would like to give special recognition to Eriol. I truly wish all the staff could be like him. He is extremely professional, responds immediately to any request, is generous, caring, and always makes sure everything is taken care of. He definitely made our stay much better. I would also recommend paying more attention to the housekeeping service. Unfortunately, the service was often very slow, and the cleaning was not always done properly. For example, I requested toilet paper, and it took almost two hours to receive it. I also tried calling housekeeping several times, but they hung up the phone a couple of times because they did not understand English. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and I appreciate the staff members who worked hard to make our experience enjoyable. With some improvement in housekeeping and communication, the resort could provide an even better experience for guests.
