Rooms lacked microwaves, so we could not bring back our leftover food from restaurants we visited, and the bathrooms lacked ventilation.
The staff was Amazing, they were very attentive, helpful and supportive and always had a smile on their face, no matter the time of day/night, they were always willing to help however they could.
Despite my two "complaints" above, this hotel is very conveniently located, it was worth every dime, and I would definitely stay there again.

This was our second time in Aruba and both times we stayed at the Barceló…it was great.
The rooms and pool could use a bit of an upgrade but overall we had a great time.
Staff was professional cordial.

Everything was fantastic as usual. My favorite island and favorite people. They really enjoy living and working on their island. Wish I lived there all the time. But love the Holiday Inn Resort too. Never been disappointed staying there. Such a true Happy Place! Will be there in March and bringing some Newbies with me.
