"We really enjoyed our stay, loved the music at dinner hour. The only thing I could say was, when our flight was canceled I called the resort (hoping to be able to stay another night) and she told me to call back, when I did call back I was out on hold and hung up on. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. We had to stay at another hotel."

"My wife and I had a great stay at the Riu Palace Aruba. The property was pristine they had lots of staff insuring the property and rooms were kept clean. The food was really good and plentiful, and the service was good as well. I would.highly recommend upgrading to the elite club to us it was definitely worth the extra cost."
