Staff was friendly and accommodating. The resort is gorgeous with plenty of space to lounge at the pool and beach. We celebrated our honeymoon at this resort 30 years ago when it was the Americana, and returned for our 30 year anniversary. The staff surprised us with a bottle of champagne in our room. Great experience! Highly recommend this resort!!

Liked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Staff is exceptional and service is great but the building and rooms are very dated and the furniture in the rooms as well as common areas are too old to be comfortable or clean. Very little entertainment in the resort and the two pool tables in the lobby were out of service all week. If you are staying here, best to plan excursions and off resort activities. Food was ok, but it is a lot of the same things all week - much better food just outside the resort at the restaurants. Beach was clean and we could find chairs and spots quite easily at any time we went.

The restaurants was really good and the pool and beach was good. One big complaint was they don’t have enough beach towels for their guests I went first day at 4 pm no towels I said ok it late then day 2 I went at 10 am still no towels. Other thing was one of our beds was sunken in like broken. Staff was nice.
