Very close to everything NYC related. Vert Large and busy hotel. The elevators were always jam packed becuse the hotel was full all week. The gym facility was phenomenal for a hitel business. All staff were corteous and helpful.

The staff was very friendly, especially the housekeeping. The only downside is the hotel is quite crowded, you miss your elevator due to it being full (on multiple occasions) . the elevator was not working. I think one was in maintenance for our whole stay
But other than that, it is conveniently located for all your shopping needs and food needs. Once again, the staff was super awesome.
