It was fine.
Pros:
- exceptionally quiet
- friendly, helpful staff
- fast elevators
Cons:
- Room missing some amenities (coffee, adjustable fridge temp, extra blankets).
- overnight room temp swung from freezing to comfortable randomly
- some plugs didn’t charge, safe was wonky
- lobby / casino / restaurant kind of dark, chaotic and sad
Overall, it’s a good option at that price point. Probably just in need of some modernization / renovation to bring it to 2025 expectations.

First time staying at this hotel and not our last. We came for Country Christmas NFR weekend and were blown away with the MGM Grand. The music at the country bar was AMAZING!!!! Every single night did not disappoint. Ka from cirque du Soleil was an incredible visual story! Really enjoyed the high quality speakers in the seats to make you feel immersed. Wolfgang Puk cafe was good, the monorail is in close proximity which is very convenient. They played country on the speakers throughout the hotel the entire weekend which was epic. Our room was beautiful and the cleaning ladies were lovely. Check in and out was simple.. really happy we decided to try this hotel! You will be happy you did too.
