I loved all the option inside and around the property for things to do! Loved the pool!

It's a nice, clean facility but - like everywhere in Vegas - they nickel and dime you for *everything*. Not even a coffee maker in the room. The *resort fees* basically get you nothing. And then there's the pool... The first day we were there the entire pool was closed for a private event, so no pool that day. The second day we showed up at 9 am sharp when the pool was supposed to open and waited, and waited... Then we were told it would be at least a half hour until the pool opened. We had places to go, so no pool that day either. When we complained we were told the pool isn't part of the resort fee. We won't be back.

Probably nothing they can do but elevators by the parking lots will need some attention, almost looks like we were entering a hospital.

Very nice hotel! Clean and very comfortable-great restaurants, beautiful pool and sandy beach! We wish we could stay longer…. There’s a range of restaurants, from a casual food court to all types of upscale choices. We had to struggle to make a decision with which restaurant to choose!! There’s Starbucks in the lobby too! Beautiful property!!

The front desk staff at night if I had questions were pretty rude, as they did not look happy to help

Pet friendly but the new dog run is out through the valet and onto the busy streets. Everything else went well but might consider staying elsewhere with my dog

Central location great staff, older crowd. What I didn't like was my "street view" room was as far way from the street as possible in the "spa tower" that was not part of the main hotel giving me more of a "parking garage" view and made it a much longer journey to and from the room a bit of a disappointment barely able to see the street and fountain which was the reason for booking a street view room
