"Have to check in your own self at a kiosk then it charges extra for a mini fridge or microwave something even the cheap hotels offer for free. No directions or assistance to the room. Signs are not marked. Terrible place. Even charges resort fee even if you don't use anything."

"The check in process is awful and it takes forever. The self check in kiosk do not recognize the ID and you have to go to the front desk and they are not friendly at all. It seems like they want you to check in at the kiosk and it shows, they are very rude."

"Staying in the pyramid room with a view of the Sphinx was truly a one-of-a-kind experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay. During my visit, there was a huge pool party, and it looked like everyone was having an amazing time. The atmosphere was lively and fun. I can't wait to return soon!"

"We are seniors and asked for the 5th floor near the elevators. They didnt have the 5th floor but got the 8th floor near the elevators so that was good. We like this casino as the ceilings are high and the ventilation good so the smoke didnt bother us. Was happy they had $5 blackjack but it was 6 ..."

"The valet staff was very polite, nice and eager to help . The room was clean with a nice view. ( within walking distance to Niagara Falls). Breakfast at IHOP was great . We enjoyed staying at Wyndham Grand Hotel and will stay again o our next trip."
