"The location of the property was great. There are restaurants close by as well as a mall. The Tran was across to street to get to the main hub. Staff were polite and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet excellent. I would definitely stay here again. The art deco design was nice as well."

"The location is really amazing！You can easily walk to HB station in like 7-8 mins. The hotel provides hot water, hot coffee and cool water for free at lobby for usage. The staff is helpful on accommodating room arrangement as we are a family that booked 2 rooms and they do serve at our best interest to arrange our room on same floor and close to each other What is improvement needed is 1) Poor room air circulation - there is no AC, no ventilation so it is an induction system in the room. You can imagine it can be hot, especially in summer (while I am lucky as we visit at not too hot season). May be because of this, there are smell in the bathroom 2) Bug issue - There are many bugs found inside the room which is not pleasant at all (and it is not because we open windows as we do not open ...)"

"The stay was overall decent. The room was comfortable and clean, but nothing exceptional. The bathroom, particularly the shower area, could definitely use a better design—it felt a bit inconvenient. The view from the room was quite average, which was a bit disappointing considering the price. It did feel slightly on the expensive side for what was offered. Also, the city tax was charged separately, which wasn’t very clear at the time of booking. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there’s room for improvement, especially in terms of value for money."

"Nice location!! Big rooms!! Kind staff! Everything was ok besides that I made a reservation for 3 addults and the third bed was very small and the third eprson didnt fit in it. So, if tou need room for 3 grown ups, this is not the hotel for you. "

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The beds were extremely comfortable and the amenities in the room were excellent. The staff were outstanding—very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the team made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel facilities were great, and everything was organized and high quality. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Zürich. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant stay.
