So was the breakfast in the morning. The staff was kind enough to explain how to use Zurich's public transportation, so we used the tram and bus system to visit several sites around the city. "

The hotel upgraded us and the room was charming - they provided prosecco and chocolates with fresh fruit, and the concierge helped get us reservations at a nearby restaurant a wedding guest had recommended (despite it being booked out). It’s been a great experience all around. The hotels location is extremely convenient if this is your first time visiting. It was a two minute walk from the main station (you’ll see the sign as soon as you walk out towards the Main Street). It’s very centrally located. The rooms are clean and the valet very helpful.The restaurant was also quite nice. "
