"The view is amazing. If your coming from the USA. No ac so summer is hotter but at night it gets in the 50s so it’s very nice. The hotel is amazing. You have coop (grocery) right downstairs. Nearby restaurants are amazing. The waterfall view from the terrace is breathtaking. In the states we would pay $1k-$2k a night for this alone. I loved this place so much it will be hard to replace this setting. Staff was great. Great hidden gem!!!"

Our short weekend stay in Zurich was wet so the lounge facility with free tea and coffee was welcome. Perfectly located in quaint street behind the GrossMunster, close to bars restaurants and shops. Hotel was clean with large rooms and good heating. We liked the separated toilet and bathroom. Huge bed, small wardrobe/hanging space. Lovely staff from reception to housekeeping.

Stayed here a few times now, everything is good Quirky deco, easy too get to from the train station tram stops outside.
Breakfast is good and especially on the weekend as no rush to get up as served till 2pm..
Bed comfortable enough

Was due to stay for 4 days, but due to a family emergency I had to return after only 2days. However the small amount of time I did stay, the room was perfect, good location & helpful friendly staff. They even went out of their way to leave us an anniversary gift which was greatly appreciated. Shame we couldn't have stayed & enjoyed the experience more

The hotel was amazing. 5* service and rooms - it was amazing. A little expensive, especially since you have to pay a lot for breakfast and food/drinks at the hotel, but I guess this is country-wide since a lot of places are expensive in Switzerland. However, not an issue. The hotel was amazing, great location, close to airport and only 20mins Tram ride to city centre with the station being right in front of the hotel!
The Staff were incredibly polite and generous. We had a slight issue with our...
