A luxury appointed boutique hotel with sophisticate modern style and furnishing. The beds and bathroom were excellent but the superior room was quite small. There was a free minibar with water, beer and fizzy drinks but for coffee one had to go down to the reception. My only criticism was we were not allowed to go up onto the roof and see or use the swimming pool because we had not paid for the spa facilities.

Property spotless and clean. Free use of Laundry facilities and 2 min walk to supermarket. The only downside was that there is no air con ( knew this at time of booking ) A fan is provided which would be sufficient for normal summer heat but unfortunately we booked during a heatwave. Also there is construction work going on next to the apartments and they start work early. That’s ok though if you are not planning on lying in of a morning.

Park Hyatt Zurich is my home away home in Zurich a perfect business hotel. As a frequent traveller I found this hotel as a perfect one for the business and none business travelers. Excellent hotel in great location. Breakfast and dinner first class

I booked this hotel recently when my daughter and I went for a short break to Zurich. I had called the hotel directly before hand to make a couple of enquiries and requests and on both occasions the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel sits on the river Limmat close to the lake and has a wonderful restaurant terrace with great views. We had breakfast here each morning which was a great start to the day. The hotel was close to Lake Zurich and from our room you could get a view of the lake. It was a short walk from the hotel to the boat trips as well as the tram and train station. There were lots of shops and restaurants close by. The room was big and each day some chocolate was placed in our room which tasted really good. The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of food. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

Great hotel for the event - literally opposite, a 3-minute walk! Plenty of convenience stores and close to the train station. Really enjoyed my stay. Loved the unexpected upgrade to a room with kitchenette facilities, which was a lifesaver with eating out being pricey.

Our short weekend stay in Zurich was wet so the lounge facility with free tea and coffee was welcome. Perfectly located in quaint street behind the GrossMunster, close to bars restaurants and shops. Hotel was clean with large rooms and good heating. We liked the separated toilet and bathroom. Huge bed, small wardrobe/hanging space. Lovely staff from reception to housekeeping.

The reception on arrival, the bell boy, the service, the bar, etc. have only enhanced our stay.
