"Hardware is excellent—modern rooms, solid amenities, comfortable beds, and a decent view. Everything physical works well. Software is a disaster. Check-in took a full hour with zero efficiency or communication. Staff randomly knock on your door at odd hours to wake you up and ban hanging clothes on the balcony. They also slap you with completely wrongful extra charges using flimsy excuses—baseless fees invented out of thin air. This place feels nothing like a proper hotel. If you speak English,...

"Great location, friendly staff"

Coisas novas, televisor top. Internet top. Cama boa."

"Good place"

"Big Spacious Room, very safe and elite neighbourhood, good breakfast, "

"The only positive aspect of this property is its location—just a few blocks from HCor Hospital, which was convenient as I needed to be close to my father during his treatment. Unfortunately, everything else about the stay was deeply disappointing. The apartment had a strong, unpleasant odor from the moment I arrived. The bedding provided was extremely worn out—thin, full of holes, and far from acceptable. Despite being on the 16th floor, the windows offered no acoustic insulation, so the noise...

"The flat was well decorated, the location is excellent."

"The best option if you are going to SP for a concert or any event at Allianz Parque. No stress, all you need to do is to cross the street. The apartment is great, super comfortable and the staff is super responsive. "

"The quality of the cleaning leaves much to be desired"

"Excellent local value. "

"Very nice breakfast"

"All perfect"
