"We had the best time at No.5 Valley. The rooms were amazing, the ladies at breakfast/dinner room were the sweetest. I'm vegetarian and they made me a yummy noodle dish. Rain went over and beyond for us, got us the National park tickets, sorted out transport, drew us a route and it meant we avoided queues. I cannot recommend them enough. Olivia was also great and helped us throughout and kept in touch via Wechat. Mango our driver.... bless him stayed till we were done late at Tianmen mountain as we wanted to see the lights. My favourite...Max the dog....it was an emotional goodbye because he is the goodest boy. If in Zhangjiajie - you HAVE to stay here!!!"
