The room that is stayed at was clean and has air-conditioning. The staff was really helpful. The only things to note that the bathroom that I stayed at was really small and the bed mattress was hard. So this is a ideal room for those that are planning to stay here for one or two nights trying to see Tianmen Mountain.

The property is a fantastic location with tian men Shan just around the corner. There are lots of food spots and a night market right down the street. Everything is walkable including the cable cars. The staff are also extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us get our car, plan our trip and overall helped make our trip more seamless. The place is well kept and we would recommend!

I had a really great stay here. The rooms are really comfortable with en-suites and a great location (very close to bus station and tianmen mountain cable car whilst also been a very short taxi to the airport). The host was very very accommodating and was happy to speak in English which was very helpful. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for an easy and comfortable stay.

It was a nice little hotel. The host was very helpful and courteous. He picked us up from the airport upon arrival and drove us to the train station upon departure for 40 yuan. The place is close to a lot of restaurants and a cable car to Tianmen Mountain. The only thing that was strange for me was the bathroom setup. The shower was right next to the toilet with no shower curtain or door separating it but I adapted to it.

Great host, great location with nice restaurants.

Perfect host, very attentive and nice guy/family who runs the hotel. Excellent air conditioning unit in the hot weather of these summer months, the only drawback is the lack of a ramp at the entrance of the hotel for those guests who are locomotion limited. The elevator worked just fine and the room is large enough to fit a wheelchair in.

I was there very little time, but it was very lovely. The people that run it were very nice. The room was a good size and comfortable. I booked it because it was close to the train station, but it was the wrong one. Still nice though

We really enjoyed staying here because of how attentive the owner was, it's quaint and intimate, good for a short stay. We figired out the heating it's a bit on the cooler side if you like that. The owner is quick with helping with everything we needed. We recommend having we chat installed. This place is a family owned business, in a safe area, a little difficult to find but our hotel manager helped us a lot, we placed the orthopedic hospital as reference when taking a taxi back. Overall a perfect place to stay as it is close to the cable car for tinamen mountaint and a quick cab eide to 72 towers and close to thw train station for a cheap ride to furong ancient town! Also went to thw national park forna day feom here.

Very helpful owners, great room, though the bed was a bit hard. Location very close to a lot of restaurants and transportation, including the Tianmen Mountain cable car. Note: the hotel includes two properties a short walk from each other so it took a bit of sleuthing to find where to check in; the property with the front desk is “Hotel California.” The coordinates provided on Expedia also didn’t take us to the hotel; you need to head north, away from the police station and orthopedic hospital.

Perfect for the budget traveller. The address posted on here is wrong. Or at least that might be the address of the other building, they have two. The main address is: HunanZhangjiajieYongdingPengjiapu Unit, Guanli Road No.1-21. This is a family owned place, the husband speaks some English and is very helpful. The wife man's the front desk at the main building and the son on the other. Very clean and close to food and Tianmen Mountain Cableway.
