"It is a love hotel, so a booking through expedia seemed to be unusual. But the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the large bath and nice shower, large bed and many amenities of the hotel. There is a dyson hairdryer, a straightener, face steamer, and so on. Popular brands of shampoo, etc. can be borrowed for free. Drinks, icecream etc. in the room for additional charge, room service orders until 4:00am. Anything you might want is probably available. "大人5人で利用するには、空間的に広く、ベッドもシングルで一人一人ゆとりを持って快適に寝られました。トイレやシャワーも2つあり最高です。今回オートロックのトラブルがあり予定は狂いましたが予想外の事でもあり、宿泊施設側としても最善を尽くして頂き、別室へ移動する形で予定を終える事が出来ました。ありがとうございます。ただ、前回より排水臭？硫黄のような匂いが特に水回りのエリアで感じました。あと、換気口のほこりなど汚れの堆積が細かいですがいくらか見られました。より宿泊者の目線に立って改善頂けたらと思います。"

"Stayed in the western style room with open air hot tub. The room was quite spacious, especially compared to other hotels in Japan. The room came with a massage chair which we enjoyed. The hot tub was on the small side but was able to accommodate two adults, and the temperature was perfect! The dinner and breakfast at the hotel were both excellent. "My wife and i were here for snowboarding, and really enjoyed our stay. The location’s central, has a Seicomart just across the road, petrol station, and a coin laundry within a stone’s throw. And a Coop (supermarket) just down the road aswell. The bedroom configuration is pretty compressed/tight but that’s not too bad. Everything else is great. "

"札幌市内スノーマンライブなどの為混み合っていたためこちらを利用させていただきました。車移動なので北広島アウトレットからのコストコ買い出しなので便利でした、オープンして間もないので部屋も大浴場も綺麗！ 女性にもサウナがあればもっと良いです 車で10分位の所のイオンでアワビの半額など食材を仕込んでお部屋で食事しました びっくりしたのがキッチンセットの貸し出しに鍋や包丁、IHのこんろまでついていました 冷蔵庫も充分で洗濯機も洗剤までついていました。　 また機会があれば是非利用したいです 朝食も良かったです。 "
