"It was more of a hassle than the savings. If you want any items for your room with a kitchen you reserved, you have to request ALL items from the front desk (including hair dryers, and you have to bring down your dirty linen to exchange for fresh linen, don't forget you are responsible to take out your own trash at the end of each hallway prior to check out) which there is usually only one person on shift to attend to everything. Some of them don't even know you exist they don't look up to see who is coming or going. The breakfast is a joke. Packaged boiled eggs, fruit (orange/apple), granola bars and watered down coffee and package tea. watch out you will get lectured "one per person". This is the included breakfast not worth it. Only 1 young lady was helpful and kind to the customers. Everyone else looked stressed and not happy at their job. I was only there for 4 days but that was enough. This was our first experience at this brand and I can say without a doubt we will book elsewhere. We travel a lot and frequent Arizona and the more pop up hotels come in, the less personable it gets. "

"The room is spaceful, and clean. The staff was friendly. I checked in late. She was on the phone with the other guest regarding the room rate charging issue. She was the only receptionist and I have to wait for 5-8 minutes. She apologized for the wait. I would recommend adding one more reception to help. I love their continental breakfast."

"The property was nice- our room was spacious. The staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was yummy and had a great selection to choose from. The pool and hot tub looked good! Our room got cleaned late- sometime in the afternoon. Most places we have stayed at get cleaned in the late morning. Not a problem I called the front desk and they got right on it because we had a wedding to get ready for. They needed to make sure there were enough towels and toilet paper for 4 people. We had to ask -Shouldn’t have to. Otherwise it was a great stay! I would definitely stay there again! "
