"This was my first time in Mexico and I enjoyed it immensely. The customer service was exceptional. Everyone very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned spotless everyday with special touches. There were constantly people mopping and cleaning restrooms. The food was delicious and the waitstaff were incredible. The entertainment was fun. I am very happy to have chosen Riu Cancun. I highly recommend Riu Cancun."
