Straightforward and good value

A very conviently located, comfortable and reasonably priced hotel. This is the second time I have stayed in this location in the last few months and was especially grateful of the air conditioning given the extreme heat we experienced. A solid choice in York!

Lovely clean room. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Quiet location. Great breakfast. Hotel were happy to store our bags for us as we arrived too early to check in. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Great place

We looked for an apartment because we have a 4 month old. This place was perfect. Parking close and can walk into York city centre. The apartment had kettle, microwave etc.. cot was also provided

Good hotel, good location in york. Short walk to the city centre. Good design having mini kitchen in room although it leads to some interesting smells in the corridors! Overall pleased with the first time using a staycity. Would consider using them again.

Ebor Festival Visit.

The hotel was very good. The only thing i was surprised at was that your room was not made up every day. Having said that though if you needed clean towels etc you only needed to ask at reception and you were supplied with what you needed.

Good hotel, reasonable location. Only small downside can not label as a one bedroom appartment. It should be labelled as studio as no couch and kitchenette in the bedroom with bathroom only separate. Overall pretty good!

The location is just 6 pound taxi ride from the train station. next to it is a grocery store. the wall around york is just across the street. You can walk to Shambles. safe enough for me to let my teenagers to go on their own. Parking is actually a public parking at the back of the property and have to pay extra for it but is close enough. property is clean and staff ivery friendly and helpful on checkin

The room smelled when we entered. The dishwasher had to be run empty to remove debris and smell. The cutlery and plates, bowls, and cups were disgusting. Plates had someones curry on them, even thought the plates had been put in the cupboards.
