"I booked this place for 2 different times during my week stay. On the first 2 night stay, there was an emergency and the host had to relocate us to another location that they said was larger and just as accommodating. We arrived and only had 1 shower for 10 people and the property was 30 min further than planned. There was nothing given in return for the inconvenience or extra miles or time it placed on our trip. They reassured us when we were coming back into town that we would be able to stay in the original location which was true. Unfortunately, upon arrival there were only 4 beds in the home (to sleep 8) we reserved this stay for 12. There were also 7 towels. When I reached out to the host she said they would take care of it the following day and send someone to set up another mattress. I told them that was not acceptable and we needed somewhere for people to sleep. They told me they wouldn’t do anything because it was Easter and their employees were home with their families. Nobody came for the duration of the time. We were sleeping on couch cushions on the floor and thin sheets. It was very disappointing, I would never recommend this place. Our feet were also filthy just from walking around the house. Look somewhere else. I’m not hard to please, so the fact I’m writing a review is enough said. "

"We waited nearly an hour for our room to be ready (this was arriving at 430pm for a 3pm check in), other guests were going to be waiting another hour who arrived the same time as us. Maya at the front desk was awesome and clearly doing the best they were able to considering the circumstances. The breakfast was yummy (enjoyed the different quiches). The pool experience is honestly less to be desired, the “lifeguard” is was less than friendly, sat watching a tv show or something on her phone the whole time with the volume turned all the way up so it was heard throughout the pool room, the hours for the pool don’t match what is posted in the pool room, my daughter was beyond disappointed that she was unable to go swimming prior to checking out since the pool didn’t open until the afternoon. We were out an about for the whole day and came back (after 4pm) to find our room had not been serviced that day, we were able to get towels etc from housekeeping directly. "

"Clean but in need of updating - features in room were worn Staff was not in area when we arrived and no means of letting anyone know of our arrival We were emailed a room number though not sure for what resin because we had no means of getting in until we had a staff member arrive "

"Beautiful property. Most of the staff polite and highly accommodating. Unfortunately we arrived to find a backed up toilet, air conditioning cut out repeatedly. One staff member was very rude. As we are disabled we had to ask for ice to be brought to the room. Treated great except one staffer on the second night repeatedly promised to get ice to the room but after 2 hours of calling and waiting, at 1am we finally went to sleep. With a little more care by engineering and tossing out one person it would have been delightful "
