Great stay with yummy breakfast.

Helpful and kind staff. It rained during our stay and the hotel lent us all umbrellas. They also stored our bags before check-in and after check out. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and beds very comfortable.

100/5 The delicious, fresh, hot breakfast buffet …was the ABSOLUTE BEST. Fresh rice, two types of soups, fresh pastries, perfect Japanese runny scrambled eggs, sausages, themed protein-veggie dish, cereal/yogurt, fruit, salad, fresh juices, and the freshest espresso-machine coffee. Everything comes out in small batches but is constantly being replenished so nothing ever sits out for too long. You could go heavy, light, or even grab n go with provided boxes! Totally worth it. 10/5 Service - everyone was very helpful, patient, and friendly. Some spoke English and most understood it enough go communicate. Signs with images are every helpful for communicating needs and services. 5/5 walkable/convenient there are plenty of places to sit n eat or grab n go within a couple of blocks 5 min walk to local rail station 10 min walk to JR station 10 min walk to street with many restaurants and shops 4/5 pillows/bed I’m a side sleeper so the matress was on the firmer side for me and I needed 2-3 of their pillows to feel somewhat supported. You can easily ask at the front desk…try the leg pillow too! suggestion: if possible, create more ventilation in the bathrooms…my thin clothing took a long time to air dry due to the dampness. I eventually had to hang them outside the dresser closet doors.

The cleanlieness was not the best we booked a double room got a single bed, too tired to care as we were only staying 1 night, the room had dirty towels with makeup on 2 of them, urine stains and some small mold spot on the shower and floor and the gross part was seeing a left over used foot gel pad on the window shelf. The bed wasnt the best if looking for comfort the pillows were thin and rock hard and its only 1 per a person. The other issues with the room, was the heater it was on max for the building and we could not lower it to be cooler. As it made it uncomfortable as we like the room cooler than hot, even with the window open it made it difficult to cool the room as the blinds position made it so either we expose the whole room to the next building over or sleep with the window open and limited fresh air because the blinds wouldnt open up allowing the airflow properly. I ended up getting sick from the food at breakfast, overall this place would be a no go next time.

Great stay, but…

Everything was great. The only negative was because of my confusion with the international date line, we arrived a day late. Because the language difference, I was unable to discuss whether I could receive a partial refund for the for the day we missed.
