Excellent hotel, well kept and maintained

Generous sized rooms, excellent staff are very helpful, expansive breakfast buffet, great variety of restaurants. DMZ Storyteller tour provided by the hotel was excellent, private car with tour guide Sam who was wonderful, very knowledgeable, and passionately proud of the heritage of South Korea; I cannot recommend this enough. It was superb!

I spent many hours looking at hotels in Seoul and eventually chose this one because of the reviews and location. It was absolutely perfect. We had a room with kitchen and living area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was like a full size apartment and both rooms had good beds rather than the children having to sleep on a sofa bed. A great size room, bigger than most one bed flats. I hadn't realised that it had two bathrooms. Having a washer/dryer and iron and ironing board meant we started the second part of our trip in Osaka with a set of clean clothes. The hotel was excellent, we used the airport limousine coach to travel back to the airport which stops right outside the hotel. It's more expensive than a taxi and the A'rex express train but it's so convenient.

Had to ask at reception for a couple of things to be sorted out in our room. The staff were there immediately and nothing was to much trouble.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, useful gym, great location next to Central Park.

The rooms are really tiny but everything is there. The laundry, gym and shred kitchen are really convenient. The location is amazing, really close to Hongdae street and metro station, a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby

Great room and helpful staff

Fantastic hotel, extremely clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. A bit far from the center of Seoul but worth it for the quality stay at the hotel.

Could not fault it, staff were lovely. Hotel was amazing, cafe was well worth it in the mornings, and a wonderfuly place to sit and sort out your day. Rooftop bar was a let down, limited seating, very compact, but lovely none the less. The rooms you could not fault, they really utalised every small bit of space, the bed was built in and extremly comfy.
