2nd stay at the W, the hotel is beautiful, but the staff make it special, a special shout out to the wet deck team who always go above and beyond to make the experience special, well done guys

WB Hilton was an amazing stay from start to finish. The brilliant, friendly entire team, from reception through to poolside breakfast and cleaning, were all super super amazing. A special thanks goes to Mavin at poolside, who really went that extra step to look after us, pulling in additional shade umbrellas, keeping the cool boxes topped up with water and towels ready and prepped on the loungers for all five of us. We appreciated that he came forward to help us, without even being needed to...

Fantastic trip with husband and two young kids. Excellent choice at breakfast, we upgraded once there to have dinner included which was also amazing….dessert bar is just far too tempting! Lovely pool with lots of lifeguards present. They made such an effort with my two boys too. Room was good even though sadly not much view as looked onto Etihad stadium. Not a big deal but pool would have been nicer! Theme park tickets were an amazing bonus…I thought we were just getting one family ticket for...

Immaculately clean. Within 5 minutes walking distance of WB World and Yas Waterpark. Yas Mall and Ferrari World about a 10 minute walk but may be too hot to walk in summer. Staff were all very friendly and helpful but especially Million on reception.

We thoroughly love staying here, we’re up to about our 8th stay… Staff are wonderful. The place is spotless and they can’t do enough for you, One thing we did notice this time as it was so busy (due to the EID holidays) using the pool at the sister hotel wasn’t possible .. so we stayed by our pool at the Staybridge, which was lovely however the local restaurant on site “Stills” wouldn’t allow us to take drinks from the premises to the pool which is 50 yards away, so whilst the sister hotel has...

Excellent wifi. Staff attentive, helpful and very helpful. Made the stay enjoyable.

They went above and beyond to leave a small token for my husbands bday which was amazing upon arrival in the room

What a great stay. Location perfect.

Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful with every interaction. Room was great even as a family in a standard room we had plenty space.

Hotel is in good location , excellent facilities , good breakfast and room service with attached restaurants and use of adjacent restaurants. Pool area good and well equipped gym .

Faultless, the staff, especially at reception are world class in their service and attention to detail! Arrived at 0800 after night flight and immediately given a large room with terrace to get some sleep before our room was ready. Dennis in particular is one of the most helpful person I have ever come across.

Great

Had a fantastic time in Abu Dhabi, hotel is amazing with beautiful views, helpful staff and very friendly, great restaurants and facilities, loved the gym and the outside pool is fantastic! Would defenitly recommend, great for sunny escape ;-)

The staff were magnificent Rude guests who never say thank you to staff Generally Russians!!!!

Everything about this hotel was superb. Dining in and drinks at the beach / pool are expensive but you most definitely what you pay for. The staff are the best I have ever come across at any top rate hotel. My wife who has travelled extensively with British Airways as a member of cabin crew and has stayed at many top hotels rates this as the best hotel she has stayed in!!! We will be going back for our first anniversary

The Andaz capital gate is positioned at the exhibition centre. We used it for our base for the Grand Prix for 7 days. Fabulous welcome large rooms. Small but pleasant pool area on the 19th floor of the worlds most “leaning” building. We had steak sandwich and monitors for lunch at the pool - yum! Can’t fault a thing. Our trip was split between Capital Gate and Fairmont Bab al Bahr both 5* and offer a different high quality experience.

Warm friendly welcome which continued throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was courteous and helpful without exception. Management should be proud. Room was very comfortable and clean with all the amenities you would expect from a top class hotel. The breakfast was outstanding. You can literally choose whatever you want from an extensive menu. There didn’t seem to be a limit other than your appetite. The hotel is well situated for all the major sites, an easy drive to...

An excellent holiday in this outstanding hotel located in the best location in Abu Dhabi. There is a great choice of restaurants, and the best staff you will find anywhere. One of the many reasons we keep returning.

Decided to book for a weekend away from Dubai and couldn't have been happier with the experience from start to finish. Amazing location close to crystal clear sea waters, fantastic pool and spa. Hotel rooms were beautifully furnished and consideration give to every need. Friendliest hotel staff I've met in years - from reception to pool staff and the cleaners. Range of restaurants and food second to none.
