"Our room was pretty spartan and tired. But the bed was comfortable and we slept well. Nice staff. Great view from our rooms patio over Kings Bay. Convenient location."

"A group of us stayed for a weekend. We all liked the property and location. Hopefully the bathrooms will get updated. The bar and food were good and it was a spot to wait before checking in. One couple in our group paid for an early check in but was the last couple to get their room. The beds were comfy. I suggest a mat at the door to wipe your feet since the floors are lvp."

"This is an older motel. It is super cute. Has had some upgrades. Basic cheap upgrades though. The front desk lady is awesome. She is so nice and genuine and friendly. She had some super friendly cats. If you like cats you’ll love the orange one who will come inside and snuggle with you if you leave your door open. Problem is. The beds are super uncomfortable. The floor was dirty. Left my feet dirty. The AC is bad. The coil was so dirty and just couldn’t keep up. With that being said I’d still stay there because it had a great location and the staff were really really nice. But just be prepared for the conditions. "

"Continental breakfast only served until 9am. Only hot items are oatmeal and coffee. No staff on site after 10pm. Just security guard. TV was very hard to hear at full volume the first night. The next day it was fine. Thought they had a volume control set for nighttime, but front desk said they don’t. Weird! Pool area and hot tub very nice! Hotel is being renovated due to flooding in 2025. Only 1 building is currently being used. "

"Good value for a hotel in Chrystal River. Room was upgraded well and clean. Bathroom was clean but could use minor calk replacement. Staff was super friendly and although not advertised, a continental breakfast was included. We would stay there again. "

"Classic Old Florida! 2 lines of rooms. All with kitchenettes, plenty of room to relax and move around. Wanted to try the spring fed pool, but we ran out of time! Ospreys circled the hotel each morning. Walking trail right behind rooms. Easy walking distance to downtown. Just a great place to stay😎💯"
