The resort is beautiful. Clean spacious rooms. Courteous and kind staff. Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Good proximity to where we went to view manatees and close to great restaurants! Will stay here again!

Hotel was under repair/refurbishment from hurricane damage. The restaurant, pool, and other amenities were closed. I would have appreciated knowing the hotel status before arrival. The staff is very nice.

We didnt get in the pool or hot tub but room service was excellent now the parking could be improved most at our building are handicapped we had 2 close by spots that everyone wanted so prepare to walk a ways to and fro

The room was clean and comfortable. There were some hiccups that we feel can be excused by the fact they've had incredible hurricane damage and had just been reopened for two months in a limited capacity. Additionally, the front desk staff could be a little warmer and welcoming. Great property, though. We didn't get in the pool or jacuzzi, but they looked good.

They didn’t have the room we reserved; put us in two twins instead of king. Door on our room wouldn’t lock from the outside. Toilet leaked all over bathroom floor. Tv not connected to wifi so no streaming. Shower was poor. No bar or restaurant. Rooms were very loud. … beds were comfortable.

Didn't update website to say major renovation was underway. Only one of five buildings held guests. No front desk support after 10pm. No onsite restaurant as advertised online. "Garden view" room looked at parking lot. Shower curtain short of shower pan so water all over the floor. Dresser drawers wouldn't rolled open when you tried to shut them. Would not stay again.

The staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Unfortunately the “double” beds were more like full size and uncomfortable. The walls are also paper thin. We could hear the people next doors tv. The common areas are gorgeous. Unfortunately the property is still under major construction and the restaurant and bar are not yet open. I think it will be great once it’s finished but I won’t be returning until then.
