"We had the opportunity to stay at this onsen hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. "We had a wonderful stay at our hotel in Kinosaki Onsen! The staff were incredibly nice, polite, and friendly—they spoke English very well, which made everything smooth and comfortable. The food was superb, especially the dinner, which featured a beautifully prepared 9-course meal showcasing local ingredients and flavors. The entire experience felt authentic and relaxing.
