"Hotel was amazing, Staff was 5 star Very Helpful. Very good location, walking distance to all onsen and restaurants"

"The western room was large & spacious, however the decor and amenities are quite dated (tv, towels, etc.). Nonetheless we did have everything we needed during our stay. Unfortunately as I have tattoos, I was unable to use any of their bathing areas but was able to once in the centre of town at other onsen locations (make sure you check first!)."

"Great staff"

"Absolutely magical experience. From beginning to end the entire place was set up with thoughtful consideration to make our stay as luxurious and enjoyable as possible. The facilities are stunning, the gardens magical, the food unforgettable, and the guest onsens so relaxing. So glad I made this reservation!"

"Loved our stay. The staff were super helpful and even helped put on our special yukatas they provided for pictures. The private onsens were spectacular and the beds were super comfy."

"It's a little inn run by a very nice family. They were super helpful with explaining everything in the room and also where to go and what to do around town. It was the highlight of my trip to Japan!! I will definately book again for when I return!"

"A very nice onsen hotel. Traditional Japanese rooms and fabulous meals. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They have a shuttle service to the train station, which was most appreciated. We would highly recommend this hotel. "

"この度はお世話になりました。 施設の方も、とても親切で丁寧な対応でした また是非了解させて頂きたいと思いました。 ありがとうございます。"

"Rooms are a bit dated but super clean and well maintained. Staff was awesome, and the breakfast was one of the best I've had at any hotel in Japan. Location is fairly remote, but extremely peaceful, and there are free shuttle busses into Toyooka. Onsen was pretty good and clean. If you are looking for a relaxed time away from the typical tourist bustle, I can highly recommend this hotel. Most guests were elderly and extremely friendly, and it was completely silent at night."

"Hotel is beautiful and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We had fantastic dinner and breakfast."
