"BOOK THIS HOTEL! Loved our stay and totally worth the 2.5 hour train ride from Osaka. Was able to check in promptly at 3 p.m. and our bags were whisked away to our room. We immediately received our onsen pass and were able to get in a bath before our kaiseki dinner. The next morning we were able to explore more of the public baths and had an amazing breakfast. "The service was wonderful at Ginka. Staff was very accommodating to foreign guests and tried their best to explain everything. We appreciated the shuttle that took us to town whenever we wanted to go- super convenient! Our river view from our room was amazing and so peaceful. It was truly one of the most peaceful rest I had away from home. I will recommend to our friends. "
