整體體驗很不錯。飯店最大優點是地理位置非常方便，距離 JR 鳥取站步行只要約 1–3 分鐘，無論搭車或找餐廳都很便利。房間雖然是典型日本商務旅館大小，但整理得相當乾淨，床鋪舒適，隔音也不錯，晚上休息品質很好。工作人員服務親切且效率高，入住與退房流程都很順利。附近有便利商店與餐飲店，生活機能佳。若下次再來鳥取旅遊，會願意再次入住。

部屋について

今回、禁煙の部屋を選びましたが、バスタオルにタバコの匂いがついていました。洗濯しても匂いが取れない程のタバコ臭がしていたので、嫌な気分になりました。 タオル類を配備する場合、喫煙室で使用されていたタオル類は喫煙室への配備をしてもらう等の配慮か欲しかったです。 また、部屋の椅子に背もたれが無く、部屋で仕事をしていましたが、背もたれ付きの椅子だったら良かったです。
