"Awful property. Avoid the pain and do not stay here. Key lockbox is on a different street to the property, inconvenient. The listing says no lift, but does not mention it's up 3 flights of stairs - challenging with heavy luggage on my own. The hot water from the shower did not work all the time - during Sydney winter this was a horrible experience. The sheets and bedding, and general furniture was not clean . When i reported this, it started a cycle of daily maintenance visits, scheduling these...

"Overall, a great apartment in a great location very close to Central Station. Would have been nice to be able to open a window but the aircon worked well. Kitchen was well-appointed and the place was comfortable."

"Perfect location, near 2 light rail stops, and two ferry wharfs, undercover parking across the road (paid parking) and easy walking distance to Barangaroo, city centre, China town. Easy access to ferry to get to Circular Quay for access to The Rocks or ferries to Watsons Bay or Manly. Plenty of convenience stores and coffee shops nearby. Apartment was very clean and comfortable."
