"The B&B in Warrington was very clean,The bed was comfortable but very low,At breakfast i was there at 9.30 thinking that was long enough but there was only one person on, the area were the food was wasn't replenished very quickly,I waited 10-15min for the hot breakfast, everything was being cleaned away at 10.30 so i wasn't able to have any fruit and yogurt after,This was the only down floor for my stay"

"Struggled to get in and out the bath to have a shower as there was no handrail - I felt very unsafe. Even if there had been an additional non-slip mat available to go into the bath it would have helped. Apart from that the staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was perfectly fine. Impressed that there was an iron and ironing board in there and I didnt gave to ask for one. Sound proofing not quite so good as I could here next door room late into the night. I would stay again but ask for a room with stand alone shower"

"Nice quirky hotel, stylishly done out. Great for a couples night away. The simple check in process and key lock is really cool and makes it simple. Can’t fault the place. Only suggested improvements are 1. Add a coffee machine to rooms. Instant granules don’t match the styling. 2. Couple of bottles of water in fridge would be a nice touch"

"Something in the bathroom was leaking onto the floor. There was a miscellaneous pill under the bed, and the sofa bed was horrendously uncomfortable, but a cheap room and friendly night staff when we arrived late!"
