"Very clean and comfortable room and easy check-in/access, with all necessary details being provided in advance via email as well as text. Reasonably priced. Fairly quiet room/location, despite the accommodation being next to a dual carriageway. Easy access for getting a minicab to family in another town, as well as walking distance to local shops and amenities. A parking space available next to the property was also handy for us, as we drove up from London. Would book again if planning to visit family in the area in future. "

"Our stay was exceptional. We originally booked to stay at the Redwings Lodge, 45 Waterloo Road, Wolverhampton, WV1 4QL. The hotel was so terrible, within 30 minutes of checking in, we had to book to stay at your hotel. When we arrived, the staff was amazing. We told them we came from the Redwings Lodge, and they were not surprised. The hotel was immaculate. Spacious rooms. Everything was provided. Breakfast was delicious. So much to eat, and served with a friendly smile. We ate so much. Everything was very tasty. We complemented the staff on their excellent service, and the chef on how lovely she prepared everything. We were visiting families, and invited our auntie to have breakfast with us every morning. She also enjoyed it immensely. We had room service everyday. Clean linens were provided, beds made, and the rooms kept to an exceptional standard. We had an amazing time, and cannot wait until our next visit."
