"Only stayed one night,did not use facilities. Breakfast was excellent, just across the road from Heathrow airport but no noise whatsoever, Regular public transport from hotel to terminals, a fare is payable and it stops at a few hotels before dropping you off at your terminal"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Raddisson Blu. I was surprised by how nice the hotel was. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. This will now be my hotel of preference when travelling via Heathrow. My only criticism would be that the service, in the restaurant, was very slow. I think there probably were not sufficient staff members to efficiently cover the number of diners."
