"I was not actually able to stay at this location. I had my reservation, but a few hours before my arrival, I got a note through hotels.com that they are unable to accommodate me because they overbooked. They offered for me sleep in a tent on their location. I thought that was strange, but upon asking for a refund, I was never contacted again."
"a very unique hotel, good for family with kids but what i enjoyed the most is the sceneries /view from my balcony where you can see the beach and u can even walk in the beach and watch the sunset. Harvest restaurant is spacious with beautiful view while having breakfast"

"The third time I stay here for its convenient location, and I’m surprised that there’s a big improvement on the services overall. Among other things the staff is more helpful and friendly than what I experienced before."
"Despite they don’t have the coin laundry, there are laundry store next to the Manning store at the back street. They charged by weight at reasonable price. That solved my issue.
Also found a microwave in the lobby as room didn’t have one.
Food is good as they have buffet breakfast & welcome drink.
Staff are nice & helping, including the cleaning lady.

"This hotel was well worth the price. We stayed at the end of September for 2 nights.
The hotel lobby is very beautiful and spacious.
We ate at the buffet breakfast and it has a large selection of western and Asian cusine. Is a bit pricy for children who do not eat much food. However when on holidays you expect to eat out a majority of the time.
We stayed in a Seaview room and I recommend this. Was a lovely view. The room in general is quite spacious. Love all the small details in the room and the furnishings/artwork.
Definitely utilise the Disney shuttle bus. The humidity makes walking to Disneyland unbearable. Again we travelled at the end of September. It is worth purchasing small hand held fans especially if you are with small children or simply not used to the humidity."
"Staff are pleasant and helpful. Prompt service. Hotel bus from airport to hotel and from hotel into Tung Chung are very prompt and bus drivers are helpful. Overall we had a pleasant stay.
