Accessible from the Citygate shopping centre, very conveniently placed for the Tung Chung MTR station for access to Kowloon and HK Island. Free shuttle to Airport runs every 20 minutes and gets you there in 10 minutes. The staff were all polite and helpful. Will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

Very conveniently located (attached to citygate mall) with access to the metro station without ever having to go outside. Also, there are lots of food options in the mall. If you visit Moccato coffee, tell them you're staying at Novotel and you'll get 20% off.

Excellent location being close to both the airport and right on top of a shopping mall (with premium outlet shops) and subway station. Yet, the rooms are very quiet and the bedding excellent. The only thing I d point out is that the furniture felt a little worn out, but you really have to look to find out. Overall a great hotel if you need to be close to the airport. The breakfast buffet is great value for money with an excellent choice of meat, dim sums, bread, eggs, cereals, everything you'd expect from a hotel buffet. Breakfast wasn't included in my room and I paid HKD 130 for it, which, by HK standard, is very cheap for a hotel buffet.
